Pasta will be just one subject of a conversation at the De Gustibus Cooking School on Nov. 20 between Barbara Lynch, the Boston chef and restaurateur, and Mark Ladner, the former Del Posto chef whose soon-to-open Pasta Flyer will put a new spin on fast-service spaghetti. Expect them to demonstrate some pasta-making tips and recipes, and along the way, perhaps divulge some revelations. (Ms. Lynch is the author of the tell-all memoir “Out of Line,” and Mr. Ladner, who worked in Boston, can share memories with her.)
